Application Information for The Richmond Endeavor

Any incoming first-year student can apply and is able to participate in The Richmond Endeavor program. Each course offered satisfies a general education requirement and is open to any student, regardless of their intended area of study.

The faculty and staff are seeking a diverse group of students who are intellectually curious, open to learning and exploring new ideas and concepts, and who bring their full, authentic selves to the program. We are looking for a broad range of students to participate in the program, including student athletes, international students, first-generation students, students who both know what they plan to study and those who are undecided.

First-year students apply to participate in The Richmond Endeavor through this website. Apply Now! The application deadline is June 1, 2018.

Housing Accommodations

Disability Services works collaboratively with the Office of Residence Life and Housing to provide housing accommodations to students whose medical conditions or disabilities substantially limit their housing options. To be considered for such special housing, the student must submit a completed application for disability accommodations, with supporting documentation, to Disability Services.

In addition to filing an application for a disability accommodation and submitting the supporting documentation, students must meet all housing deposit deadlines.

First year and transfer students must submit the application for disability accommodations and supporting documentation by May 15, 2018.

Gender Flexible Housing

First-year students who identify beyond the binary, including but not limited to genderqueer, gender questioning, or trans students, are encouraged to contact the Dean of Richmond or Westhampton College, or the Director of Common Ground, to ensure that the University is meeting their housing needs.
