Community Travel

To help students connect what they are learning in the classroom, the Technology, Cognition and Behavior community will travel to the San Francisco bay area during Fall Break. These experiences add context, as well as opportunities for students to experience the themes in the classroom first-hand and connect and engage with scholars and leaders in the field.

San Francisco—Stanford
Fall Break

While in the San Francisco Bay Area, students will meet with various companies and executives in the technology industry, as well as travel to Stanford and Mountain View. Students will meet in San Francisco with people at Live!y and IGN Entertainment.

They will then travel to Stanford for a day-trip to meet with scholars in the Virtual Human Interaction lab, followed by a visit to Google to meet with its University Program Team, and staff at the Chrome Accessibility Team.
