Living-Learning & New Student Programs Navigators

Each Endeavor community has a dedicated peer-advisor, called Navigators. Living-Learning & New Student Programs (LLNSP) Navigators are all current students at Richmond and are there to help guide first-year students.

What you can expect from your LLNSP Navigator:

• In the summer, Navigators make contact individually to help first-year students plan their fall semester classes
• During Endeavor Pre-Orientation, Navigators serve as your Orientation Assistant
• Throughout the academic year, Navigators plan Endeavor-wide programs for the cohort

Navigators receive special training in helping first-year students transition to the University, in academic advising and university academic policies, and in building community.
