Community Travel

Over Thanksgiving Break 2011 and 2012, students traveled to Vienna, Austria to participate in a weeklong Science in Context seminar. Students met with scholars who helped them understand the critical importance of connecting ideas across disciplines.

In addition to meeting with scholars at the University of Vienna, students:

• toured Kunsthistorishces Museum
• visited Parliament
• took a walking tour of the city
• visited the National Library
• toured the Belvedere Museum
• toured Schonbrunn Palace
