The Arts in Action class with travel to New York City over Fall Break to add context to what they have been studying.

New York City
Fall Break

While in New York City, the community will:

• Visit BAM and see the dance production, Neither
• Attend jazz shows at Smalls Jazz Club, Mezzrow, and Fat Cat Jazz Club in Greenwich Village
• Visit the Highline and Chelsea Market
• Tour the Museum of Modern Art
• Attend the Broadway show, Avenue Q
• Meet with local alumni who work in the arts industry
• Visit the Whitney Museum of American Art
• Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art
• Attend Puccini's La Boheme at the Metropolitan Opera
