Defining Features of Themed Communities
Themed Communities are open to any rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the University and are centered around a topic that the community explores. Students apply to be part of a themed community and if selected:
- Live in Lakeview residence hall, with the other members of that themed community
- Participate in experiential learning and other activities led by an advisor centered around that theme
- Build connections with peers, faculty, and staff who are also interested in the same topic
