Students are required to provide the Office of Living-Learning Programs with the contact information for a person, in case of emergency while traveling. The student can choose anyone they want to serve as their emergency contact, and will only be contacted in the event that the student is not able to contact them directly.

Provided on the trip itinerary are the cell phone numbers for the trip leaders, as well as phone and website for the hotel that the group is staying at.

If you need to contact anyone from the University for emergency reasons after regular work hours, please call campus police:
